The partnership between Wevy and JExperts – a company that has been developing management software for large corporations for over 20 years – has borne fruit that goes far beyond cloud infrastructure. The fact that Wevy supports the cloud for all of JExperts’ clients allows the company to focus on its core business and gain growth speed.
We went to Florianópolis (SC) and spoke with Tiago Fascin, responsible for Corporate Governance at JExperts, about the products and services contracted with Wevy — offsite backup in public cloud, private cloud, and Disaster Recovery — and how they positively impact the company’s and its clients’ daily operations.

Outsourcing the cloud to Wevy has accelerated JExperts’ growth
Since its foundation, JExperts has always been certain that outsourcing the cloud is the best option, as it takes the complexity of problems related mainly to infrastructure, telecommunications and security out of the company. “Today I have a specialised company focused on taking care of problems that I no longer need to take care of, because that’s not my business,” Tiago emphasises.
He explains that it would take a very large in-house team to handle the cloud infrastructure for all clients. “That would greatly burden JExperts in terms of time and cost, so it’s much better to outsource and place it in the hands of those who know the cloud much better than we do.” It even gives you the speed to grow”.
Multicloud, Disaster Recovery and backup: Wevy solutions for faster response to adverse events
Because of the partnership with Wevy, in addition to having a wider range of cloud providers at its disposal, JExperts was able to implement the concept of Disaster Recovery in the company’s operations.
“That was fundamental for us. “Today we have a cluster of production servers in a Wevy data center, but everything is replicated in real time to a second data center, with all the necessary international certifications,” says Tiago, detailing that JExperts has Disaster Recovery in place to restore the environment quickly, from as recent as one minute ago (minute by minute) up to 30 days ago (daily).
“This combination of solutions helps us to respond more quickly in the event of a disaster,” he says.
Offsite backup in the public cloud: more security and guaranteed availability
In addition to Disaster Recovery, JExperts has contracted – also through Wevy – offsite backup in the public cloud. In this way, the company was able to replicate the environment of one of its products in the Azure data centre.
“Now we’re working on having our other products mirrored in the Google Cloud data centre. The idea is to have my pool of production servers in Wevy’s data centre, with native Disaster Recovery in a second data centre, and still have them mirrored in public infrastructures from different suppliers“, Tiago summarises.
Strong relationships and quality service
Wevy plays a fundamental role in the structure of JExperts. For this reason, the relationship between the companies is very strong. For Tiago, “it’s not just about having good technology and good services, it’s also about having a good relationship. We’ve never had any communication problems with Wevy, where we always have open doors in all sectors.”
He added that he would recommend Wevy for its excellent cost-benefit ratio and direct access to technicians, which is not always possible with market data centres. In addition, Wevy’s team of architects helps to think up and structure solutions that are different from conventional ones, to meet the specific needs of each client.
